Experts from Jagiellonian University in Krakow found that eating two apples a day can almost less down the chance of cancer. But a reduced risk of 35 per cent was observed with the eating of at least one apple per day. By eating a more than one apple a day, the risk was lessening by 50 per cent.

She said that getting more fibre into your daily diet is not a rocket science.
