Lemon grass best medicine to fight head pain

According to the research lemon grass holds the potential to fight against headaches and problems of migraines. Griffith University investigator Lyn Griffiths, Darren Grice and Kelly Rogers have verified that the grass of lemon plant Cymbopogon Ambiguus may be even better than aspirin.
As per the Grice form the Institute for Glycomics the problems relating headaches and migraines present irregular activities in our bodies like changing our internal levels or intrusive function of our blood platelet.
He also added that they have tested it on the human body and some of the fractions show natural activity. However, it was due to one compound eugenol which is found in the lemon grass. These observations were printed in Complementary and Alternative Medicine latest edition.
