Deep breathing keep away from severe Headaches
Relaxation exercises can help us to relieve from the headaches, backaches and insomnia. Deep breathing is one of the simplest relaxation exercises that will discharge endorphins from our body. Start by breathing through your nostrils and silently speak the any word by concentrating in the breathing. Fill your lower abdomen with air and count to five and then exhale slowly and say silently the word out as you let the air escape through your mouth. Just repeat this exercise for about two minutes daily, you will be able to build up to ten counts or higher and can also raise your relaxation by imagining a beautiful scene or by breathing into the fresh air or pleasant smells. Headaches can be caused by a large number of different reasons.
The most common causes of headaches are stress that is associated with muscle tension, hormones, medication or by some of the medical conditions such as high blood pressure or water retention.
