But they seem to overlook it on the campus in the winters. The menace appears to be so often for staying healthy as it may avoid the reasons for missing the classes too much.  Given below are some of the key features for the students as to keep them healthy and motivate them to obtain regular classes.

  1. Before leaving for college one should acquire to eat some food and drink lots of water. As we all are surrounded with different peoples, some of them are covering with some sort of disease that can be easily extended.
  2. Due to a burden of studies student do not avail them self with some breakfast or lunch. Whenever they fell free they grab whatever they found easy to take. Try to avoid these and focus on a good and healthier diet.
  3. Try to get at least enough sleep as it attain you with a fresh mind and beautiful health.
