American researchers in their study have shown that changes in our body fluid odours can be used to recognize the occurrence of lung cancer tumors.

The scientists at the Monell Center and collaborators states that it may help in methods to classify the potential of the diagnostics biomarkers for lung cancer in human urine. Monell biologist Gary K. In behavioral studies, sensor mice were the first trained to identify the smell of urine of animals with lung cancer.
