Blood pressure is the force your blood has on the vessel walls during the process of heart beating. The blood pressure should remain normal. It should neither be less than the normal value nor should be above of it. If a person has low blood pressure, he/she is said to be suffering from hypotension and if the person is having a high blood pressure, he/she is said to be suffering from the hypertension which is also called as silent killer.
Symptoms of High Blood Pressure:
It is difficult to detect the early symptoms of high Blood Pressure. But some of the common symptoms for this ailment are:

Causes of High Blood Pressure:
The common causes of the high blood pressure are as follows:

- Low activity level
- Constant tobacco use
- High sodium (common salt) intake

High Blood pressure can be treated by making your body relax. Laughter is the best medicine for this problem. Do not take stress. Go for a morning walk; avoid having much of the fried and spicy food. All these things will help you in maintaining a normal BP.
