Eat Chocolate Daily: Protection against strokes
Eating chocolate a day may protects you against strokes. According to a study of an available research that has been launched today and presented at an American Academy of Neurology’s 62nd Annual Meeting in Toronto that will be held from April 10 to April 17, 2010. A chocolate is rich in antioxidants called falconoid that may have a protective outcome against the stroke but more searching is required. Another study has found that eating a chocolate can lower the risk of death after suffering a stroke. The examination involved evaluating the three studies on a chocolate and a stroke.
Excessive research is needed to determine whether chocolate truly lowers the stroke risk or whether healthier people are fonder of eating a chocolate than others. The first study found that the 44,489 people who ate one serving of chocolate per week are 22 percent less likely to have a stroke than other people who do no eat chocolate. On the other hand, the second study found that 1,169 people who ate 50 grams of chocolate once a week are 46 percent less likely to die than people who didn’t like to eat chocolate.
