Daily dose of blueberries can be the ideal way to alleviate the memory fall and brain slips that typically come with as we get older.
In a small study, old adults who drank a cup of blueberry juice a day simply improve their learning scores and memory task by almost 20 percent. Studies in animals have linked that the blueberries with brain function, indicated that blueberries might have considered being a super foods.
In the animal studies, older individuals who eat blueberry simply extract and improve their performance on memory tasks. Scientists have credited blueberries to be very impressive brain boosting effects on a type of antioxidant called anthocyanins.
